Partly Printed booklet of 96 pages, entirely accomplished in manuscript, recording the findings of three inspectors during 12 separate visits to the ship. Report begins with a physical description of the ship and details the composition of its crew, with a breakdown of types of accommodation, etc. There follows detailed inspection notes relative to the hull, deck, pilot house equipment, lifeboats, life preservers, fire apparatus, etc. Completed 08 June 1934
An interesting survival. On page 70 the three inspectors conclude that the "Vessel is seaworthy and lawfully equipped." The only recommendation is that the ship be equipped with 6 additional gas masks.
